Random post again!

Am not keeping it up again!! Lazy!! Lazy to the bone Iam!!

Four days of leave including the eid holidays was wasted doing nothing! When will I ever learn? The only thing that happened was ‘shopping’. The shopping was supposed to be for a friend who was going to France however it ended up with me also busting a lot of money! The devil sits on my shoulders and whispers on to my ears ‘ ahh.. you can spend a little more !!It wont hurt! Just imagine how good you would look in that…?!’, and my hand slips on to pick it up (clothes, bags, shoes whatever!) and before I know half of my salary is gone, poof!!into thin air!

My other weakness is books. Not books, ‘fresh smelling, new’ books! Before I know, and after I get my salary, am digging my way into the Borders bookshop, digging into the books there and carrying three to four books in one buy to come home to my mom standing with her eyes wide open ‘ you bought books again!!!’.
Sometimes I have to smuggle the books inside the house.

The sad part is the books don’t last long. Four books, I finish in four days L
I sometimes feel I kinda eat up the books! Talking about eating, that’s something else that happened in full swing on the holidays! Sigh!

I read Stephen Kings ‘Misery’. It was interesting though at times his writing did test my patience as I was sooo impatient to know what happens next that I wanted to jump past the words in front of me like crossing a bridge, crossing all the detailed descriptions to reach the plot of the story,! And sometimes sitting like that to read in one go cramps my neck and in between I slept off to find myself narrating the rest of the story though I don’t remember what was it that I cooked up!

I wonder where does he come up with ideas for his books.
